Two-Way Bike-Shipping Order Deadline, June 25

That's today. If you plan to ship a bike to and from Iowa for RAGBRAI, your deadline to order labels is today.

If you need one-way shipping, you'll contact Pete@pkbelly.com, and we can give you a little more time.

Your Official RAGBRAI

Registration Number

We are told that all registered riders will get their official six-digit number soon via email. The RAGBRAI folks may be a little behind on this. Please hang on. (We can't answer emails on this... write to info@RAGBRAI.com if you need help.)

Optional Dinners

Optional Dinner Menus for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday have been published, and we've called all caterers to keep them posted on numbers. Some of them are setting limits. If you want a dinner or two or three, login and select. Here are the menus and daily details...

June 15 was the last day to cancel and get a 90% refund. After June 15th, we don't make refunds.

With this exception...

If you took our cancellation protection when you initially registered, then you have extended your 90% refund to Wednesday, July 16th at 10:00 PM. If you have our protection and cancel by email by 10:00 PM on July 16th, we will make a 90% refund. After July 16th at 10:00 PM, we make no refunds.

Are You Flying with Your Bike?

And more importantly, do you need assistance with packaging your bike after RAGBRAI in Guttenberg? If so, do this now!

Write to pete@pkbelly.com and let him know that you will need assistance with packing up your bike after RAGBRAI. He will put a charge of $100 on your PBV registration. If you don't pre-order, you can pay $100 cash on the day, but you will be served only after everyone on the list is taken care of.
